摘　　要：广东省内纺织印染企业众多,《排污许可证申请与核发技术规范纺织印染工业》(HJ861-2017)发布实施后,现有纺织印染企业须在2017年完成排污许可证申请与核发工作。本文根据2017年广东省纺织印染行业排污许可证核发与实施情况提出建议。There are many of textile and dyeing enterprises in Guangdong.《Technical specification for application and issuance of pollutant permit textile and dyeing industry》(HJ861-2017)was published,and existing textile and dyeing enterprises must accomplish application and issuance of pollutant permit in 2017.This paper offers suggestions according to Guangdong textile and dyeing industry pollutant permit application and issuance in 2017.
