摘 要:掺杂型镍钴锰三元素复合氢氧化物试样用盐酸溶解,于电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪上(ICP-AES),选择合适的分析谱线,采用标准工作曲线法,在5%的盐酸介质中同时测定Al、Mg、Ti、Sr、Zr、La、Y等七种掺杂元素的含量。大量的镍、钴、锰基体不会对测定造成干扰,掺杂离子相互之间不干扰测定,此方法各元素的检出限在0.0005~0.008μg/mL之间,在对实际样品的测定结果其相对标准偏差不大于2.92%,加标回收率为95.4%~103.8%,具有很高的准确度和精密度,适用于实际产品掺杂型镍钴锰三元素复合氢氧化物中掺杂元素的测定。The samples of doped niekel cobalt manganese composite hydroxidewere dissolved in hydrochloric acid,and then analyzed by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer(ICP-AES).The contents of seven doped elements,such as Al,Mg,Ti,Sr,Zr,La,Y,were determined by standard operating curve method in 5%hydrochloric acid medium.A large number of nickel,cobalt and manganese matrixwill not interfere with the determination,and the doped ions do not interfere with each other.The detection limit of each element in this method is between 0.0005~0.008μg/mL.The relative standard deviation of the determination results of the actual samples is not more than 2.92%,and the recovery of the added standard is 95.4%~103.8%.The method is suitable for the determination of doped niekel cobalt manganese composite hydroxide.
