摘　　要：针对铸铁的焊接性及工艺特点进行分析,结合冷凝泵裂纹焊接修复的实例,采用纯镍焊条铸308冷焊的方法焊接,对焊接工艺进行改进,施焊时选择严格的工艺参数,达到了降低焊接成本,缩短检修时间的效果。According to the weldability and technological characteristics of cast iron, combined with the example of crack welding repair of condensation pump, pure nickel welding rod casting 308 cold welding method was used to improve the welding process. Strict technological parameters were selected during welding, which achieved the effect of reducing welding cost and shortening maintenance time.
