摘　　要：鼓风机是高炉重要的供风设备,属于大型旋转机械。鼓风机的安全正常运行是高炉正常冶炼的保证。鼓风机的安全正常运行需要保护仪表的正确安装与日常维护,它们在旋转机械监测状态仪表故障分析判断中逐渐显示出重要作用,有效地提高了鼓风机组安全运行率。但是在生产实践中由于旋转机械监测状态保护仪表安装的不正确和日常维护不及时造成鼓风机经常误动。给高炉铁冶炼的安全运行带来严重安全隐患,严重的还会造成高炉罐渣的后果。Blower is an important air supply equipment for blast furnace iron smelting, belonging to large rotating machinery. The safe and normal operation of blower is the guarantee of normal iron smelting in blast furnace. The safe and normal operation of the blower requires the correct installation and daily maintenance of the protective instrument, which gradually shows an important role in the fault analysis and judgment of the rotating machinery monitoring state instrument, and effectively improves the safe running rate of the blower group. However, in the production practice due to the rotating machinery monitoring State protection instrument installation is incorrect and daily maintenance is not timely caused by the blower often mistakenly moved. It brings serious safety hidden trouble to the safe operation of blast furnace iron smelting, and it will also cause the consequences of blast furnace slag.
