摘  要:以某车身左侧围为模型,利用三维偏差分析软件3DCS对其进行了装配偏差分析,结果表明该车身侧围后段与后保险杠的间隙和面差公差均不满足设定目标要求.依据分析结果对该车身侧围进行了装夹变形分析,进而结合CAE分析结果,将装夹变形因素添加到装配公差约束条件中,对车身侧围进行了公差优化分配,并利用质量成本理论进行评价.优化后其超差率均不超过5%,装配质量明显提高,并且总损失成本降低了7.16%,验证了该优化分配的合理性,实现了以较低的制造成本提高汽车装配质量的优化目标.Assembly variation of the model of an auto-body left side was analyzed based on 3D tolerance analysis software 3DCS.The analysis showed that neither tolerance of gap nor flush between the back of body side and rear bumper can satisfy set target requirement.According to this analysis result,clamping deformation analysis was presented for this auto-body side,then combined with CAE analysis result,the clamping deformation factor was added to the assembly tolerance constraints for the optimal tolerance allocation of the auto-body side,and it was evaluated by the quality cost theory.By optimization tolerance variation is less than 5%,assembly quality is greatly improved,and the total loss is reduced by 7.16%.The rationality of this tolerance optimal allocation method is verified.The optimal goal of improving assembly quality of automobile with low manufacturing cost is realized.
