在校医学生急救能力和急救意识培养的必要性研究

摘　　要：目的探究影响在校医学生急救能力的因素,为医学生急救能力的培养提供方案。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法抽取山东第一医科大学不同年级、专业的1145位大学生作为调查对象,采用自行设计的“医学生急救能力调查问卷”进行自填式问卷调查,采用非条件Logistic回归模型探索医学生急救能力的影响因素。结果共收到1119份有效问卷,医学生整体急救能力具备率相对较低(43.07%),高年级医学生、临床医学生的急救能力具备率相对较高,具备率分别为57.6%和48.8%。多因素Logistic回归显示年级(OR=1.525,95%CI:1.302-1.787)、临床医学专业(OR=1.626,95%CI:1.045~2.529)、事先的安全措施准备(OR=1.245,95%CI:1.076-1.440)和困难时压力状况(OR=1.166,95%CI:1.036-1.311)与医学生急救能力有着明显的联系。结论在校医学生的急救意识单薄,急救能力亟待提高,学校应开展相关的培养急救能力的课程,加强对医学生急救意识与急救能力的培养,使之与临床紧密结合,培养实用性的人才。Objective:To explore the factors influencing the first aid ability of medical students in a medical college,and to provide a plan for training the first aid ability of medical students.Methods:A stratified random sampling method was used to investigate 1145 college students of different grades and majors in Shandong First Medical University.A self-designed questionnaire on medical students'first aid ability was used to conduct a self-filling questionnaire survey.Non-conditional Logistic regression model was adopted to explore the influencing factors of medical students'first aid ability.Results:A total of 1119 valid questionnaires were received.The overall first aid ability of medical students was relatively low(43.07%),and the first aid ability of senior medical students and clinical medical students was relatively high(57.6%and 48.8%,respectively).Multivariate Logistic regression showed that grade(OR=1.525,95%CI:1.302-1.787),clinical medicine specialty(OR=1.626,95%CI:1.045-2.529),preparation for safety measures in advance(OR=1.245,95%CI:1.076-1.440)and stressful situation in difficult times(OR=1.166,95%CI:1.036-1.311)were significantly correlated with medical students'first aid ability.Conclusion:Most medical students have poor first aid ability and weak first aid consciousness.Schools should carry out relevant courses to cultivate first aid ability,strengthen the cultivation of first aid consciousness and ability of medical students,make them closely integrated with clinical practice,and cultivate practical talents.
