摘  要:内分泌干扰物是一种通过影响内源性激素的合成、分泌、运输、结合或排泄,进而干扰动物繁殖、发育和行为的外源性物质。本文首先对内分泌干扰物进行了简单的介绍,然后概述了水生动物暴露于常见内分泌干扰物后,生殖生理以及遗传毒性的变化情况,最后对该领域的研究进行了展望,旨在为内分泌干扰物的研究提供一些理论基础,更好的控制内分泌干扰物引起的污染,以达到保护水生生态系统的目的。Endocrine disruptors are exogenous substances that interfere with animal reproduction,development and behavior by affecting the synthesis,secretion,transport,binding or excretion of endogenous hormones.In this paper,the endocrine disruptors were briefly introduced,and then the changes of reproductive physiology and genotoxicity of aquatic animals after exposure to common endocrine disruptors were summarized.Finally,the research in this field was prospected.The purpose of this paper is to provide some theoretical basis for the study of endocrine disruptors and to better control the pollution caused by endocrine disruptors,in order to protect aquatic ecosystem.
