摘  要:采用改进型坩埚下降法生长了镍基高温合金单晶,使用氧化铝坩埚和〈001〉方向的籽晶,生长得到直径为30~40mm、长度260mm的晶棒。采用异型氧化铝坩埚,生长出特殊形状且中空的高温合金单晶涡轮机叶片构件。腐蚀显示所生长的晶体具有典型的镍基高温合金单晶形貌,在枝晶区域有少量的γ′/γ共晶,枝晶的平均间距是367μm,γ′相是立方结构且分布均匀。研究了晶体在900和1000℃氧化200h的氧化行为,氧化120h后其增重达到一个恒定值。Ni-base superalloy single crystals have been grown by the modified vertical Bridgman method.Using Al 2O 3 ceramics crucible and〈001〉-orientated seed,single crystals up to 30-40 mm in diameter and 260 mm in length were obtained.Special-shaped Al 2O 3 crucible was used and turbine blades were grown successfully.The morphology demonstrated the typical microstructure of the Ni-base superalloy single crystal with a minor ofγ′/γeutectic in the interdendritic region.The average dendrite arm space was 367μm and theγ′phase was cubical and distributed uniformly.The oxidation behavior was investigated at 900 and 1 000℃for 200 h,and the weight gain reached nearly a constant value when oxidized for 120 h.
