加强外警培训档案管理工作的思考

摘　　要：加强外警培训档案管理工作,有利于规范教学管理、提高教学质量、提升学校知名度和加强国际合作。应遵循及时归档、公开与保密以及学员参与等原则,明确外警培训档案管理的基本方法,加强外警培训档案管理制度建设,提高外警培训档案管理业务人员的素质,确保外警培训档案的全面真实,构建外警培训档案信息资源“四化”体系,更好地发挥外警培训档案的重要作用。Intensification of file management of international policing training contributes to standardization of teaching management,improvement of teaching quality and popularity of colleges and enhancement of international cooperations.Accordingly,efforts need to be made to abide by the principle of timely filing,openess and confidentiality,clearly define the basic approaches for file management of international policing training,enhance construction of file management system for international policing training and international policing training file management service staff'quality,guarentee the comprehensiveness and truthfulness of international policing training files and establish"four-modernization"system for file information resources of international policing training so as to give better play to international policing training files.
