摘  要:为了提升卫星导航系统的信息服务性能,首先要全面掌握在轨卫星的运行状态,因此,导航卫星有效载荷在轨状态的监测与评估工作尤为重要。本文通过一套自主研发的导航卫星有效载荷在轨状态监测软件,对最能反映卫星状态的业务遥测参数进行监测判读与异常统计;利用半年积累的数据对导航卫星有效载荷在轨状态进行深入分析,实现了对导航卫星有效载荷状态的实时监测、定量评估和故障预测,保障了系统高可靠连续稳定运行目标,提高了导航系统服务质量。In order to promote the information service performance of satellite navigation, it is very important to monitor and evaluate the payload status of in-orbit satellites. An independently-developed software monitoring the status of navigation satellite payloads is introduced and employed to monitor and interpret the most representative telemetry parameters and record the anomalies. The operation status of effective satellite payloads is analyzed with the accumulated data in half a year, which realizes the real-time monitoring, quantitative evaluation and failure prediction of navigation satellite. Besides, it guarantees the stable operation of the navigation system and improves the sendee quality.
