摘 要:研究了镦拔工艺、挤压温度以及热处理对Ti-38644钛合金挤压管材显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:Ti-38644合金经过多次镦拔后的挤压管材晶粒得到细化,均匀性更好,从而提高了挤压管材的综合性能。在860℃和930℃挤压Ti-38644合金管材具有良好的力学性能,断面收缩率可以达到60%左右。固溶处理对Ti-38644合金挤压管材的抗拉强度、伸长率和断面收缩率影响不大。860℃挤压Ti-38644合金管经815℃×1 h+550℃×24 h固溶时效热处理后,其抗拉强度大于1116 MPa,伸长率大于15%,断面收缩率大于40%。The effects of upsetting and cogging and extrusion temperature and heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti-38644 titanium alloy tube were studied.The results show that the grains of extruded tube of Ti-38644 alloy are refined and the uniformity is better after repeated upsetting and cogging,which improve the comprehensive performance of the extruded tube.The extruded tubes of Ti-38644 alloy have good mechanical properties and the reduction of area can reach about 60%,when the extrusion temperature is 860℃and 930℃.The tensile strength,elongation and reduction of area of Ti-38644 alloy extruded tubes are not improved after different solution treatment.After solution treating at 815℃for 1 h plus aging at 550℃for 24 h,the tensile strength of Ti-38644 alloy extruded at 860℃is over than 1116 MPa,the elongation is over than 15%,and the reduction of area is more than 40%.
