摘 要:斜井盾构栽头是盾构下坡掘进中出现的不良姿态,其栽头程度直接影响斜井隧道的成型质量。目前国内对于斜井盾构栽头问题研究较少,且缺乏可用于描述斜井盾构栽头的模型。此外,采用推进系统进行斜井盾构栽头调整,其推力配置主要依据人工经验,存在一定的盲目性。鉴于此,文章以内蒙古新街台格庙盾构煤矿斜井为工程背景,从盾首盾尾沉降量不一致的角度出发,建立了可用于描述斜井盾构栽头的地基反力分布模型,研究了推进系统推力配置与斜井盾构栽头程度之间的关系,获得了推进系统的临界推力配置方案。该初步研究成果可为斜井盾构栽头问题的后续研究提供一定的理论参考。Cutterhead pitch of shield used in inclined shaft is an unfavorable posture in downhill shield tunnelling,and the extent of pitch affects the forming quality of inclined tunnel directly.At present,there is little domestic research on cutterhead pitch of shield used in inclined shaft,and there are few models describing the cutterhead pitch of shield used in inclined shaft.Furthermore,the thrust system is adopted to adjust cutterhead pitch of shield,but its thrust allocation is mainly based on experience which has certain blindness.In light of the different settlements at shield head and tail,a subgrade reaction distribution model was established,which can describe the cutterhead pitch of shield used in inclined shaft,the relationship between thrust allocation of thrust system and extent of cutterhead pitch was studied,and a scheme of critical thrust allocation of thrusting system was obtained.
