摘 要:在中性点经消弧线圈接地方式的配电网发生单相接地故障时,对接地故障的处理、故障电流的控制、故障点的绝缘恢复、故障线路的查找等方面进行了分析,讨论了故障点对人身安全的影响;讨论了由于故障导致接地选线难的因素;讨论了故障发生后残流控制与故障恢复、弧光过电压及中性点位移电压的关系;讨论了配电网与消弧线圈接地方式在发展中存在的矛盾,认为目前该接地方式存在有严重的安全瓶颈、选线瓶颈与容量瓶颈,存在消弧困难和弧光接地过电压的问题,提出了中性点动态接地改造的重要性,并对其原理进行阐述。The author analyze the treatment of the ground fault, the control of the fault current, the insulation recovery of the fault point, the search of the fault line and other aspects when the single-phase grounding fault occurs in the distribution network of the neutral point via the arc-suppression coil earthing method and discuss the influence of the fault point on personal safety;discuss the difficult factors of fault ground selection;discuss the relationship between residual current control and fault recovery, arc overvoltage and neutral displacement voltage. And discuss the contradictions of distribution network and the arc suppression coil earthing method in developing and consider that at present the earthing method exists serious security bottleneck, line selection bottleneck and capacity bottleneck, as while as arc suppression difficulties and arc ground overvoltage problems;put forward the importance of neutral point earthing dynamic modification, and expounds the principle.
