摘  要:介绍一种硝酸分解磷矿联产硝酸钾及硝磷酸钾铵复合肥的工艺路线:采用硝酸分解磷矿,酸解液经硝酸钾、白炭黑脱氟,硫酸钾脱钙处理;滤液经浓缩结晶、分离得农用硝酸钾,重结晶净化后制得工业硝酸钾;结晶母液用氨中和制取硝磷酸钾铵复合肥(全水溶及部分水溶肥)。这一联产工艺技术路线,很好地将硝酸钾制取与高品质硝磷酸钾铵复合肥生产耦合,形成具有创新特色的生产工艺技术。A technological approach to co-produce potassium nitrate and nitrophos potassium amnonium compound fertilizer by decomposing phosphate rock with nitric acid is introduced: nitric acid hydrolysis solution of phosphate rock is defluorinated with white carbon black and potassium nitrate, decalcified with potassium sulphate;Agricultural potassium nitrate is separated by concentration and crystallization treatment of filtrate, industrial potassium nitrate is prepared by recrystallization;Nitrophos potassium ammonium compound fertilizer is prepared b y neutralization treatment of crystallization mother liquor with ammonia. This co-production process can couple potassium nitrate preparation and high-quality nitrophos potassium ammonium compound fertilizer production,forming production technology with innovative characteristics.
