酸脂清胶囊联合艾灸疗法治疗痛风的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨痛风患者应用酸脂清胶囊与艾灸联合治疗的临床疗效。方法选择2016年1月至2018年11月我院收治的102例痛风患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组各51例。对照组患者采用酸脂清胶囊治疗,观察组患者采用酸脂清胶囊联合艾灸治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为98.04%,显著高于对照组的72.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的IL-10以及IL-4水平均显著高于对照组,hs-CRP水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组患者均未见明显不良反应。结论酸脂清胶囊联合艾灸疗法治疗痛风的临床效果显著,可有效降低患者的血尿酸水平,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Suanzhiqing capsule combined with moxibustion for the treatment of gout.Methods A total of 102 gout patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to November 2018 were selected as research objects, and randomly divided into two groups, with 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Suanzhiqing capsule, while the observation group was treated with Suanzhiqing capsule combined with moxibustion. The clinical curative effects of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 98.04%, significantly higher than 72.55% of the control group(P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-10 and IL-4 of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the level of hs-CRP was significantly lower than that of the control group(P <0.05). No obvious adverse reaction was found in both groups. Conclusions Suanzhiqing capsule combined with moxibustion for the treatment of gout has significant clinical effect and high safety, which can effective reduce patients’ serum uric acid, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
