摘　　要：循证管理作为一种方法学工具,能够对医用耗材的技术优势和经济价值进行科学评估,保证临床学科发展的同时甄选最符合性价比的产品入选医院准入目录。目前这种方法已在上海交通大学附属第六人民医院耗材准入领域广泛开展应用,通过制定相应的政策和流程来规范耗材准入、配置和使用,从经验管理转变为立足于证据的采购管理,改变原先的"唯临床论",将循证管理方法应用到耗材管理的各个环节,在保证医用耗材的使用安全和质量控制下,降低成本,以促进医用耗材费用趋向合理。As a methodological tool, evidence-based management can assess the technological advantages and economical value of medical consumables scientifically, and select the most cost-effective products into the hospital access directory with guarantees of the development of clinical disciplines. Now this method has been widely used for consumable access management in our hospital. Policies and processes have been established to normalize the assess,allocation, and usage, and the management mode is transformed from experience-based management into evidence-based management. With clinical nominalism being changed, the method of evidence-based management can be used for every link of comsumble management, to reduce the costs and ensure the safety and quality of medical consumables at the same time, so as to promote the rational cost of medical consumables.
