摘　　要：目的探讨基于互联网的住院患者健康宣教云平台的应用效果。方法对信息进行推送,并设置共享,即依据医院以及科室的特征,提出具体的护理单元,定期推送宣教信息,并要求其共享率大于80%,定期对反馈的信息及结论进行分享,依据患者满意程度调查问卷、宣教内容阅读量及所探访患者的意见来对基于互联网住院患者健康宣教云平台的应用效果进行分析。指导护士工作,检查并修改执行的工作质量内容,动态观察护理质量改进措施是否有效。最后依据统计分析、调查问卷、分析归纳法,进行数据录入与分析后台数据报表,统计分析患者接受健康宣教的程度,依据第三方满意调查问卷,对后台所分析的数据进行总结,进而深入探讨基于互联网的住院患者健康宣教云平台的应用研究。结果患者在接受基于互联网的住院患者健康宣教云平台后对医护满意程度(62.00%)显著高于基于互联网的住院患者健康宣教云平台(41.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),28%患者非常乐意接受健康宣教,27%患者较希望接受健康宣教,80%患者希望医护人员可以作为健康宣教工作人员。结论通过基于互联网的线上线下宣教模式,不仅能使住院患者全过程享受实时的健康宣教服务,还可使医护人员完全做到了宣教活动闭环管理,使住院期间与住院后期间的患者健康教育工作真正地得到落实,并取得良好效果,具有较好的社会效益,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of internet-based cloud platform for inpatient health education. Methods Pushed the information and set up sharing, that is, according to the characteristics of hospitals and departments, propose specific nursing units, regularly push propaganda and education information, and require the sharing rate to be more than 80%.Regularly shared the feedback information and conclusions, and analyzed the application effect of the internet-based inpatient health education cloud platform based on the questionnaire of patient satisfaction, the reading amount of propaganda content and the opinions of patients visited.Guided nurses to work, checked and modified the work quality content, and dynamically observed whether the improvement measures of nursing quality were effective.Finally, on the basis of statistical analysis, questionnaire, analysis, induction, data report forms for data entry and analysis the background and the statistical analysis of the degree of patients accepted health education, on the basis of the third party satisfaction questionnaire, summarized the background analysis of the data, and then explored hospitalized patients health education based on Internet application research of cloud platform. Results After receiving the internet-based cloud platform for inpatients' health education and publicity, the patients' satisfaction with health care (62.00%) was significantly higher than that of the internet-based cloud platform for inpatients' health education and publicity (41.00%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). 28% of the patients were happy to receive health education, 27% of the patients preferred health education, 80% of patients want health care workers to be health education workers.
