摘 要:目的:测定野菊花花蕾、茎、叶三个部位的蒙花苷含量,并建立其HPLC指纹图谱。方法:采用RP-HPLC方法,色谱柱为Luna 5u C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈(A)-0.05%磷酸溶液(B),梯度洗脱,柱温为25℃,检测波长为326 nm。结果:不同产地野菊花花蕾中蒙花苷含量有较大差异;野菊花花蕾中蒙花苷含量最高,其次为茎、叶。此外,野菊花花蕾、茎、叶的HPLC图谱存在一定差异。结论:建议野菊花的花蕾、茎、叶分开使用,研究结果为合理开发利用野菊花药材资源提供了科学依据。Objective:To determine the content of Buddleoside and the establish of HPLC fingerprint in the three parts of buds, stems and leaves of Chrysanthemum indicum L.. Methods:5 samples were determined by RP-HPLC method A Luna 5 u C18 columns(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used, with the 0.05% phosphoric acid(A) and acetonitrile(B) as flow phase,using gradient elution. And the column temperature was 25 ℃, at the detection wavelength of 326 nm. Results:There are great differences in the content of Buddleoside in the buds of Chrysanthemum indicum L from different habitats. The highest content of Buddleoside is the parts of Chrysanthemum indicum L buds, followed by stems and leaves. In addition, there are some differences in the HPLC spectra of the buds, stems and leaves of Chrysanthemum indicum L..Conclusion:It was concluded that different parts(such as buds,stems,leaves)of Chrysanthemum indicum L. should be divided in clinical and productive practice so as to supply the scientific basis for reasonable utilization of the resource of Chrysanthemum indicum L.
