摘　　要：目的:建立气相色谱法测定五福心脑清软胶囊中冰片的含量。方法:采用内标法测定,以水杨酸甲酯为内标。选择DB-WAX柱(30m×320μm,0.50μm),聚乙二醇20000(PEG-20M)为固定相,涂布浓度为10%,采用FID检测器,程序升温气相色谱法测定五福心脑清软胶囊中冰片的含量。结果:冰片浓度在0.19~0.58mg·ml^-1范围内线性关系良好r=0.9999,n=5),回收率为97.44%,RSD为0.64%(n=9)。本品中冰片含量为1.50%.1.53%。结论:该方法准确、专属性强、灵敏度高,可用于五福心脑清软胶囊中冰片的定量测定。Objective: To establish a gas chromatography method for the determination of borneol in Wufu Xinnaoqing Soft Capsule. Methods: The internal standard method was used to determine the methyl salicylate as internal standard. DB-WAX column (30m×320μm,0.50μm) was used. Polyethylene glycol 20000 (PEG-20M) was used as the stationary phase and the coating concentration was 10%. The FID detector was used to determine the five Fuxin brains by temperature-programmed gas chromatography. The content of borneol in Qing soft capsules. Resluts: The linearity of borneol was good in the range of 0. 19?0. 58 mg · mL1 (r= 0.999 9,n=5). The recovery was 97. 44% and the RSD was 0. 64%(n= 9). The content of borneol in this product is 1. 50%~ 1. 53%. Conclusion : The method is accurate, specific and sensitive,and can be used for quantitative determination of borneol in Wu fu Xinnaoqing Soft Capsule.
