摘  要:针对白山热电有限责任公司YTM710-6型磨煤电动机的风扇频繁发生损坏事件,分析了风扇损坏是由于风扇半径较大、材质塑性不足、焊接应力没有消除及电动机振动引起的,其中电动机振动是引起风扇损坏的主要原因。通过采取缩小风扇半径、选择塑性强的Q235钢材、用喷射金属丸法消除焊接应力、改变风扇座与风扇之间的连接材料以减小振动对风扇的影响等措施对风扇进行了改造。改造后经过一年的试运行,风扇满足正常运行要求,没有出现损坏故障,既减少了经济损失,又保证了机组的安全稳定运行。In view of the frequent damage to the fan of YTM710-6 coal grinding motor in Baishan Thermal Power Co., Ltd., it is pointed out that the causes of fan damage include large fan radius, insufficient plasticity of materials, failure to eliminate welding stress and motor vibration? and motor vibration is the main cause. The influence of vibration on the fan can be reduced by reducing the radius of the fan, selecting Q235 steel with strong plasticity, eliminating welding stress by spraying metal pellets, and changing the connecting material between the fan seat and the fan. After one year of trial operation, the fan has met the normal requirements without any damage, which not only reduces the economic losses, but also ensures the safe and stable operation of the unit.
