摘 要:主要介绍了电解铝用超高功率整流器的主体结构形式,并对近几年来超高功率整流器出现的常见故障现象进行了分析与研究,找出了造成事故的主要原因,提出了改进措施,归纳总结了"同相逆并联"和"非同相逆并联"结构形式的主要特点.指出:仅靠改变整流器主体结构形式,要解决引起整流主电路短路的所有问题是不可能的,需要系统设计、设备制造、运行环境、防护措施、操作维护等各个方面共同努力,才能确保铝厂整流供电系统的安全运行.对电解铝用整流器的设计制造及安全运行具有现实的指导意义.The main structures of ultra-high power rectifier for aluminium reduction are mainly introduced.The common faults of ultra一high power recti fier in recent years are analyzed and studied.The main causes of the faults are found out,the improvement measures are put forward,and the main char acteristics of the"in-phase contra-polaritye parallel"and"non-in-phase contra-polaritye parallelMstructures are summarized.It is pointed out that only by changing the main structure of the rectifier,it is impossible to solve all the problems that cause the short circuit of the main circuit of the rectifier.It requires the joint efforts of system design,equipment manufacturing,operating environment,protective measures,operation and maintenance to ensure the safe operation of the rectifier power supply system in the aluminium plant.It has practical guiding significance for the design,manufacture and safe op eration of rectifier for aluminium reduction.
