摘 要:通过聚酰胺酸树脂与填料共混的方式制备黑色亚光聚酰亚胺(PI)薄膜,研究了消光粉的粒径和表面改性、填料分散性、树脂黏度、分散剂对薄膜光泽度的影响。结果表明:PI薄膜的厚度可控制在20μm以内,当消光粉粒径为6μm,分散工艺为剪切后超声分散,树脂黏度为11 000 mPa·s时,添加一定量分散剂制备的黑色PI薄膜具有良好的消光效果,光泽度可低至25 GU。A black matt polyimide(PI) film was prepared by mixing polyamide resin with fillers, and the effects of particle size and surface modification of extinction powder, dispersion of fillers, resin viscosity,and dispersant on the gloss of film were studied. The results show that the thickness of PI film can be controlled within 20 μm. When the particle size of extinction powder is 6 μm, the dispersion process is ultrasonic dispersion after shear, and the resin viscosity is 11 000 mPa·s, the black PI film prepared by adding certain amount of dispersant has good extinction effect, and the gloss is 25 GU.
