摘 要:为了获得电性能优良的SOFC阳极材料,研究者通过对纯的SrTiO3进行掺杂来提高材料的导电性及催化活性.本文综述了A位掺杂、B位掺杂及(A,B)位共掺杂SrTiO3阳极材料的研究进展.从不同的掺杂类型、掺杂元素、掺杂浓度、气氛条件、烧结温度及缺位类型等因素分析掺杂对SrTiO3阳极材料的影响.A位常见的掺杂元素有La和Y,B位常见的掺杂元素有Fe和Nb,通过A位或B位掺杂改善材料的电性能.通过(A,B)位共掺杂可以抑制阳极与固体电解质之间反应的发生,来提高材料的稳定性.此外,利用A位缺位的(A,B)位共掺杂SrTiO3有利于提高材料的离子电导率,使材料的电性能得到改善.In order to obtain SOFC anode materials with excellent electrical properties, we improved the conductivity and catalytic activity of the materials by doping the pure SrTiO3. In this paper, the research progress of A-doped, B-doped and(A, B) co-doped SrTiO3 anode materials is reviewed. The effects of doping on SrTiO3 anode materials were analyzed from different doping types, doping elements, doping concentration, atmospheric conditions, sintering temperature and defect types. The common doping elements in the Asite are La and Y. The common doping elements in the B site are Fe and Nb. The electrical properties of the material are improved by doping at the A or B site. The(A, B) co-doped SrTiO3 can suppress the occurrence of a reaction between the anode and the solid electrolyte, and improve the stability of the material. In addition, the(A, B) co-doped SrTiO3 with the A-site-deficient is beneficial to increase the ionic conductivity of the material and improve the electrical properties of the material.
