摘  要:采用数值模拟方法,基于三种不同的辐射加热模型对吸热管的传热性能与应力进行研究,并分析熔盐流速对吸热管内外壁温差和应力的影响。通过研究确认:在半周辐射加热模型中,吸热管壁上的温度和应力分布不均匀,内外壁温差和应力随管内熔盐流速的加快而减小;在全周辐射加热模型中,吸热管壁上的温度分布较为均匀,最低和最高温度分别分布于内外壁面,应力分布沿外壁面到内壁面呈先减小后增大的趋势,内外壁温差和应力随熔盐流速的加快而略有增大。The numerical simulation method was used to study the heat transfer performance and stress of the endothermic tube based on three different radiation heating models,and the influence of flowrate of molten salt on the temperature difference of the inner and outer walls of the endothermic tube and the stress of the endothermic tube was analyzed. It is confirmed via investigation that in the half-cycle radiation heating model, the temperature and stress distribution on the wall of the endothermic tube are not uniform,and the temperature difference of the inner and outer walls and the stress decrease with the increase of the flowrate of molten salt in the tube. In the complete cycle radiation heating model,the temperature distribution on the wall of the endothermic tube is relatively uniform,and the lowest and highest temperatures are respectively distributed on the inner and outer wall surfaces. In the complete cycle radiation heating model,the stress distribution decreases first and then increases along the outer wall surface to the inner wall surface,the temperature difference of the inner and outer walls and the stress increase slightly with the increase of the flowrate of molten salt.
