摘　　要：目的:研究益气养阴汤对老年糖尿病肾病CRP、β2MG及肾功能的改善作用。方法:100例老年糖尿病肾病患者,按随机数字表法分为2组,对照组50例,采取常规降糖、降脂、降压、利尿等对症治疗。观察组50例,在对照组的基础之上加用益气养阴汤治疗,两组疗程均为3个月。对比分析两组患者治疗前后C反应蛋白(CRP)、血清β2微球蛋白(β2MG)和尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、24h尿蛋白定量(24hUpro)及尿白蛋白分泌率(UAER)等肾功能指标水平,评价两组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果:治疗前两组患者CRP、β2MG水平均无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者CRP、β2MG水平均有下降,且观察组下降水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者BUN、Scr、24hUpro及UAER水平均无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者BUN、Scr、24hUpro及UAER水平均有下降,且观察组下降水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者临床疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴汤治疗老年糖尿病肾病,能够有效改善CRP、β2MG及肾功能水平,临床效果明显。Objective To study the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Decoction on CRP,β2MG and renal function in elderly diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 100 patients with senile diabetic nephropathy received from our hospital from September 2017 to August 2018 were selected for study.According to the random number table method, they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, and the control group ( n=50 ) was treated with conventional hypoglycemic, lipid-lowering, antihypertensive, diuretic and other symptomatic treatments, and the observation group ( n=50 ) was treated with Yiqi Yangyin Decoction on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 3 months.The C-reactive protein ( CRP ), serum β 2 microglobulin (β2MG ) and urea nitrogen ( BUN ), serum creatinine ( Scr ), 24-hour urine protein quantitation ( 24hUpro ) and urinary albumin secretion rate ( UAER ) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients after treatment was evaluated.Results The CRP and β 2MG levels of the observation group were no significant different from the control group ( P>0.05 ), after treatment, the levels of CRP and β2MG decreased in the two groups, and the decrease in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group ( P<0.05 ). The BUN, Scr, 24hUpro and UAER levels of the observation group were no significant different from the control group ( P〉0.05 ), after treatment, the levels of BUN, Scr, 24hUpro and UAER decreased in the two groups, and the decrease in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group ( P<0.05 );The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P<0.05 ). Conclusion Yiqi Yangyin Decoction can effectively improve CRP,β2MG and renal function in elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy.
