祛瘀平肝化痰汤联合硝苯地平控释片治疗高血压性头痛的疗效临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察祛瘀平肝化痰汤联合硝苯地平控释片治疗高血压性头痛的临床疗效。方法:随机将2017年9月至2018年5月在我院神经内科门诊就诊的70例高血压性头痛患者随机分为治疗组35例和对照组35例。对照组予以硝苯地平控释片,治疗组在对照组基础上加用祛瘀平肝化痰汤治疗。两组均治疗1个月,治疗期间追踪观察患者的头痛发作次数,评估患者中医症状积分。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者头痛次数均较治疗前减少(P<0.05),且治疗组患者头痛发作次数低于对照组(P<0.05);两组在中医相关兼并症状与体征积分均较治疗前降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组在改善中医症状上效果更显著(P<0.05)。结论:祛瘀平肝化痰汤联合硝苯地平控释片对高血压性头痛患者有增效作用,且安全性较高。Objective: Observing the clinical efficacy of Quyu Pinggan Huatan decoction combined with Nifedipine controlled release tablets in the treatment of hypertensive headache. Methods: According to the random number table method, 70 patients with hypertensive headache who were treated in the neurology clinic of our hospital from September 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into the treatment group of 35 cases and the control group of 35cases. The control group was given Nifedipine controlled release tablets, and the treatment group was treated with Quyu Pinggan Huatan decoction. Both groups were treated for 1 month. During the treatment, the number of headache episodes was observed and the TCM symptom scores were evaluated. Results: The treatment group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the number of headaches in both groups was lower than that before treatment (P<0.05), and the number of headache attacks in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The difference between the two groups in TCM related merger symptoms and physical signs was lower than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the treatment group was more effective in improving TCM symptoms (P<0.05). Conclusion: Quyu Pinggan Huatan Decoction combined with Nifedipine controlled release tablets can treat hypertensive headache, and it is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
