基于文献计量学的内蒙古地区大型真菌物种多样性统计与区系地理分析

摘　　要：本研究采用文献统计、数据分析及区系地理成分分析等方法,对内蒙古地区的大型真菌物种多样性和区系地理成分进行了分析与研究,初步确定该地区大型真菌的区系特征,将为本地区大型真菌资源的保护与合理利用提供参考和依据。经研究发现内蒙古地区共有大型真菌59科,207属,1 133种,分属于担子菌亚门和子囊菌亚门。其中,10种以上(含10种)的科有24科,共926种,占总数的81.73%;5种以上(含5种)的属有57属,共880种,占总数的77.67%。同时,就内蒙古地区的1 133种大型真菌进行区系地理成分分析后将其划分为15个分布型,结果显示内蒙古地区大型真菌种类组成丰富,优势科、属作用明显,区系特征表现为明显的温带区系特征。The literature statistics, data analysis and floristic analysis were used to analysize the diversity and floristic geographic element of macrofungi in Inner Mongolia area, the floristic characteristics of the macrofungi in this area was also studied. This result will provide the useful reference and basis for the protection and rational utilization of macrofungi resources in Inner mongolia area. Results showed that there were 1133 species, 207 genera, 59 families of macrofungi in Inner Mongolia, and these macrofungi belong to either ascomycotina or basidiomycotina. Among these macrofungi, 24 families contained 10 or more than 10 species, including 926 species and accounting for 81.73% of all species. 57 generas contained 5 or more than 5 species, including 880 species and account? ing for 77. 67% of all species. At the same time, by analyzing the Floristic and geographical elements, the 1 133 species in Inner Mongolia area were divided into 15 distribution types. Theseresults showed there were rich macrofungi species in Inner Mongolia, and the dominant families and genera played important role in this area. The characteristics of the flora are characterized as the temperate components.
