电镜技术在马兽医科学研究中的应用

摘　　要：电子显微镜是一种对组织超微结构进行观察的形态学研究工具,因分辨率高等优点而在国内外马兽医科学研究中得到应用。本文介绍了电镜技术的工作原理和发展史,论述了电镜技术在马匹组织病理学、病毒学以及寄生虫学等方面的应用情况,最后对电镜技术在马兽医科学及相关研究的应用前景进行了展望,以期电镜技术可以在马科学各方面得到更广泛的应用。Electron microscopy is a morphological research tool for observing the ultrastructure of tissues. It has been applied in horse veterinary research at home and abroad because of its high resolution. This article describes the working principle and development history of electron microscopy, discusses the application of electron microscopy in the histopathology, virology, and parasitology of horses. Finally, the application prospects of electron microscopy in horse veterinary science and related research are discussed. It is expected that electron microscope technology can be applied more widely in all aspects of horse science.
