摘  要:炼钢-连铸是钢铁产品的重要生产工序,其工序紧密性、高能耗性使设备的突发故障机率始终较高。根据生产设备的损耗特性及工艺约束提出了考虑设备灵活定期预防性维护的多目标炼钢-连铸调度模型,设计了选择策略为NSGAII的分散搜索算法。实验结果表明该文给出的分散搜索算法对求解考虑预防性维护的炼钢-连铸调度问题是有效的。Steelmaking-continuous casting is an important production process for steel products.The tightness of the process and high energy consumption make the probability of sudden failure of equipment always high.According to the loss characteristics and process constraints of the production equipment,a multi-objective steelmaking-continuous casting scheduling model considering flexible and periodic preventive maintenance of equipment is proposed,and the NSGAII distributed search algorithm is designed.The experimental results show that the distributed search algorithm given in this paper is effective for solving the steelmaking-continuous casting scheduling problem considering preventive maintenance.
