摘　　要：目前在国家公园试点建设过程中,并没有摆脱传统的部门经营模式,依旧存在着管理责权不清晰、产权利益纠纷等问题。文章运用利益相关者理论、演化博弈理论对三峡国家公园利益机制的构建进行有益探索,通过政府与企业,企业与社区之间的演化博弈探寻利益主体间利益协调机制,并构建可行的三峡国家公园利益协调机制,以期为我国国家公园发展提供参考借鉴。At present during the construction of the national park pilot project,it still hadn' t got rid of the tradi tional business model of the department,and there still existed issues such as unclear management responsibilities and disputes over property rights interests.This paper utilized the theory of stakeholders and evolutionary game theory to explore beneficially about the construction of interest mechanism in the Three Gorges National Park.Through the evolutionary game between government and enterprises,enterprises and communities,the interest co ordination mechanism between the interest subjects was explored,and the interest coordination in the Three Gorg es National Park was constructed,so as to provide reference for the development of China's national parks.
