关于雄安新区森林城市建设的几点思考——基于“以人民为中心”的理念

摘　　要：雄安新区森林城市建设是一项立意深远、贴近民生的伟大工程。文章紧紧围绕“以人民为中心”的发展理念,立足森林城市建设的社会公益属性和广大人民群众的环境需求,提出了雄安新区森林城市建设在贯彻与践行“以人民为中心”发展理念中的五大实现路径。通过让进入、能到达、有服务、受教育、促就业,不断把生态建设成果转化为有效公共生态服务,从而保证全体人民在共建共享发展中拥有更多获得感和幸福感。The forest city construction of Xiong'an new area is a great project with far reaching significance and close to people's livelihood.Based on the concept of "people centered” and the public welfare attributes of forest city construction and the environmental needs of the broad masses of the people,this paper put forward five paths for the implementation of people centered development philosophy in the forest city construction of Xiong' an New Area.By allowing access,accessibility,service,education and employment promotion,the achievements of ecological construction could be constantly transformed into effective public ecological services,so as to ensure that all the people have more sense of acquisition and happiness in the development of joint construction and sharing.
