摘 要:目的:通过对2型糖尿病患者和健康人的足纹进行分析,获得2型糖尿病患者特有的足纹特征,进而为2型糖尿病预测提供参考.方法:在知情同意的情况下,选取2014年1月~2015年1月瓦房店市中心医院门诊及住院明确诊断为2型糖尿病患者200例(男83例,女117例),健康人100例(男性50例,女性50例)为研究对象,利用油墨捺印法,获取被调查者的足纹,确定指纹类型.按照《实用医学皮纹学》和《人类肤纹学》推荐的分型方法,在10倍放大镜下对所得足纹的趾球部区和10个足趾进行纹型分型.结果:男性、女性的健康对照组与2型糖尿病组足纹特点的比较,表现为2型糖尿病组简斗形纹出现较多.糖尿病组与健康对照组相比,仅在男性左侧趾球区有显著性差异.结论:瓦房店地区2型糖尿病组与健康组的足纹有差异,在男性趾球区差异明显,提示糖尿病患者的特征性纹型可能出现在趾球区.Objective:To analyze the foot marks of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients and healthy people so as to obtain the characteristic of foot marks in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients,and provide reference for the prediction of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:With informed consent,200 patients(83 males,117 females)with type 2 diabetes mellitus(83 males,117 females)and 100 healthy persons(50 males)were selected from Wafangdian Central Hospital from January 2014 to January 2015,in which 200 patients(83 males,117 females)were definitely diagnosed as type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).50 cases of females were studied as the sujects to obtain their foot patterns and to determine their types of fingerprints using ink printing method.According to the classification method recommended by"Dermatology of Practical Medicine"and"Human Dermatoglyphics",the phalanx area and 10 toes of the obtained foot stripes were classified under a magnifying glass of 10 times.The results of the pattern and general data were recorded in SPSS 20.0 software package,and the frequency analysis,chi-square test and other statistical processing were carried out.Results:The comparison between male and female healthy control group and diabetic group showed that there were more simple stripes in diabetes group.There was significant difference only in the left toe area between the diabetic group and the healthy control group.Conclusion:In Wafangdian area,there are differences in the foot stripes of the diabetic combination healthy group,and the difference is obvious in the male toe area,which suggests that the characteristic striated type of diabetic patients might appear in the toe area.
