摘 要:探讨纱疵的成因及控制措施。简述了纱疵的分类及危害。对常发性纱疵的控制做了宏观理论分析。借助USTER QUANTUM3型电子清纱器纱疵分级功能、纱体概念,分析了偶发性纱疵的产生原因,阐述了应用纱体图查找纱线生产流程环节出现的问题,总结了异纤纱体反映原料、环境波动情况的经验。提出了传统纺纱企业通过电子清纱器控制纱疵的方法。认为:完善在线追踪系统,对生产中纱疵进行监控与追踪,可有效降低纱疵的产生。Causes and control measures of yarn defects were discussed.The classification and harm of yarn defects were described.The control of frequent yarn defect was macroscopically analyzed.The grading function and yarn body concept of USTER QUANTUM 3 electric yarn clearer was borrowed.The causes of occasional yarn defects were analyzed.Yarn body figure was used to find the issue happened in yarn production processes and explained.The experiences of foreign yarn body reflecting raw material and environment fluctuation status were summarized.The method to control yarn defect with electric yarn clearer for traditional spinning enterprises were put forward.It is considered that yarn defect can be efficiently reduced by improving online tracking system and monitoring & tracking yarn defect in production.
