摘　　要：探讨布面异纤的分析方法及控制措施。结合生产实际,阐述布面异纤的概念及要求,并对布面异纤的来源、种类、特点及危害进行分析。指出:异纤会对布面外观质量产生很大影响,从而影响企业效益。认为:减少或预防棉纱异纤是一个系统工程,从棉花种植、收购、加工到纺织生产的各环节都必须给予重视。纺纱企业必须根据不同产品的质量要求优化配棉方案,增加异纤清除设备,加强生产管理,以减少异纤影响,提高布面质量的整体水平。Analyses methods and control measures of foreign fiber on fabric surface were discussed.Concept and demand of foreign fiber on the fabric surface was explained with the combination of production practical.Source,category,characteristic and harm of foreign fibers on fabric surface were analyzed.It was pointed out that foreign fibers would greatly affect the surface appearance of the fabric,then the enterprise revenue would be influenced.It is considered that reducing or preventing foreign fiber in cotton yarn is a system engineering.Great attention should be paid on each process from cotton planting,purchasing and processing to textile production.Textile enterprises should optimize the cotton assorting scheme,increase foreign fiber clearing device and enhance the production management to reduce the influence of foreign fiber and improve the overall fabric surface quality according to the quality requirement of different products.
