摘　　要：探讨异纤的控制方法。将USTER UJVS型异纤机和USTER QUANTUM 3型电子清纱器用于控制异纤,分别在新疆长绒棉5.9 tex纱和新疆细绒棉9.8 tex纱上进行试验,通过优化异纤机喷射次数和电子清纱器的FD、VEG和PP清纱曲线,达到了较好的异纤清除效果。认为:将异纤机和电子清纱器结合起来控制异纤能达到更好的控制效果。Control method of foreign fiber was discussed.USTER UJVS foreign fiber machine and USTER QUANTUM 3 electronic yarn clearer were used to control foreign fibers.It was tested on both Xinjiang long staple cotton 5.9 tex yarn and Xinjiang medium cotton 9.8 tex yarn.Through optimizing the jetting time of foreign machine and the FD,VEG and PP clearing curves of electronic yarn clearer,better foreign fiber clearing effect was reached.It is considered that better control effect of foreign fibers can be obtained by combining the foreign fiber machine and electronic yarn clearer.
