摘　　要：探讨导电纱线导电性能的测试方法。采用自制的导电纱线导电性能测试装置,在试验样品根数、温湿度条件不同的情况下,对7种不同的导电纱线的导电性能进行了测试和分析。结果表明:在温度(20±5)℃、相对湿度(35±5)%的大气条件下,测定50根导电纱线并联组成试样的电阻值,计算出单位电阻来表征导电纱线的导电性能。认为:该测试方法是对现有纱线和织物导电性能测试标准体系的补充和完善,有利于导电或防静电纺织品的开发。Test methods of conductive yarn electroconductive property were discussed.Self-made electroconductive property tester for conductive yarn was adoptted.Under different test sample numbers and temperature & humidity conditions,electroconductive property of seven different conductive yarns were tested and analyzed.The results showed that under atmospheric conditions of temperature (20±5)℃ and relative humidity (35±5)%,electric resistance values of 50 conductive yarns in parallel were tested and unit electric resistance is calculated to characterize electroconductive property of conductive yarns.It is considered that the test method is supplement and completment of test standard system for existing yarn and fabric electroconductive property,which is helpful to the development of conductive or anti-static textiles.
