摘　　要：n-3多不饱和脂肪酸(n-3PUFA)是一类具有重要生物学功能的营养物质,既可提供能量、增加细胞膜流动性,还能调节脂类代谢和机体的免疫机能等。本文从n-3PUFA的定义、生物学功能及其在家禽生产上的研究进展进行综述,以期为n-3PUFA在家禽生产中的应用提供参考。n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (n-3PUFA) are a class of nutrients with important biological functions,which can provide energy,increase cell membrane fluidity,and regulate lipid metabolism and immune function of the body. This article reviewed the definition,biological function of n-3PUFA and its research progress in poultry production,aimed to provide reference for the application of n-3PUFA in poultry production.
