摘 要:电池管理系统是典型的窄带电磁骚扰源,研究电池管理系统的电磁骚扰特性及对应抑制手段非常重要。针对电动汽车电池管理系统的电磁骚扰特点,从理论分析了其共模辐射和差模辐射特性。通过仿真和测试结合的方法找到了抑制谐振噪声的有效方法,仿真远场结果使得超标位置更加清楚,其中3m场又能显示出频域的超标情况。同时结合谐振频点确定滤波器的参数,得到有效抑制超标频点的滤波器。最后通过实验验证了该方法用于电磁骚扰优化是可行的。The battery management system is a typical narrow-band electromagnetic disturbance source.It is very im.portant to study the electromagnetic disturbance characteristics of the battery management system and the corresponding suppression methods.According to the electromagnetic compatibility electromagnetic disturbance of battery management system for electric vehicles,the common mode radiation and differential mode radiation characteristics are analyzed from the theoretical point of view.An effective method for suppressing the resonance noise is found through a combination of simulation and testing,and the far-field result is made clearer.3 meters of field can show the frequency domain exceeds the standard;combine the resonance frequency to determine the parameters of the filter,and get a filter that effectively suppresses the exceeding of the frequency,and verify that this method is feasible.
