摘　　要：文章以靖江新桥镇地区新农村住宅套型设计为研究对象,梳理了当前新农村住宅的现状及其存在问题,分析了静态式设计与住户动态需求之间的矛盾,并由此得出可变性设计的启示,在此基础上研究了适应用户动态需求的可变性设计策略。The complex elevation in the multi-platform topography project site not only brings some difficulties to fire rescue, but also challenges to the general plan fire design. This paper takes huawei suzhou enterprise business project as an example, sorts out and summarizes the process of its general plane fire protection design occording to the code for building design and fire prevention, so as to provide reference for similar projects.
