摘　　要：随着我国老龄化程度日益加重和老年人经济能力的提升,环境质量的提升成为现在养老建筑的主要需求,包括日照、温度、湿度、自然采光、自然通风以及场地绿化等方面。反观既有养老建筑,相对条件较差,急需对这部分建筑的舒适度进行改造,以提高老年人的生活质量。本文通过对光大欧安乐龄老年公寓的实地调研和走访,总结出该建筑现存的一些问题,通过计算机模拟等方法,对建筑场地及内部空间风环境、光环境、西晒及遮阳等问题进行一系列的分析研究,并提出改造策略。With the increasing aging of China and the improvement of the economic capacity of the elderly, the improvement of environmental quality has become the main demand of the current old-age buildings, including sunshine, temperature, humidity, natural lighting, natural ventilation and site greening. On the other hand, there are existing oldage buildings, and the relative conditions are relatively poor. It is urgent to transform the comfort of this part of the building to improve the quality of life of the elderly. This paper summarizes some existing problems of the building through field research and visits to the large-scale Ou An senior aged apartment. Through computer simulation and other methods, a series of problems are carried out on the construction site and internal space wind environment, light environment, western sun and sunshade. Analytical research and propose a transformation strategy.
