摘 要:某重载满滚子推力圆锥滚动轴承,运行现场工况恶劣,油泥、水渍等杂质时常侵入,导致轴承内部杂质较多,严重影响滚动体的旋转灵活性,使相邻两粒圆锥滚子互相磕碰,转动不灵活,出现轴承旋转卡滞的现象;同时由于轴承结构原因(圆锥滚子长度与直径比接近1:1),容易发生摆动、打横现象,使圆锥滚子大端面与挡边发生碰撞,造成轴承套圈大挡边和圆锥滚子出现早期疲劳现象,导致轴承寿命降低。针对上述情况,对轴承结构进行了改进。通过各方案的主要性能参数对比,最终采用星形支柱空心滚子结构的推力圆锥滚子轴承,解决了存在的问题,使用效果良好。A heavy load full roller thrust tapered rolling bearing, its operating conditions are bad, sludge, water stains and other impurity often intrude into the bearing, resulting in more impurities in the bearing, seriously affecting the rotating flexibility of the rolling body, so that two adjacent cone rollers bump against each other, rotation is not flexible, the phenomenon of bearing rotation stagnation appears;meanwhile, due to the bearing structure (the ratio of taper roller length to diameter is close to 1:1), the phenomenon of rollers swing and crossing is easy to occur, which makes the large end face of taper roller collide with the retaining edge, causing the early fatigue phenomenon of the large retaining edge of the bearing ring and taper roller, leading to the reduction of bearing life. In view of the above situation, the bearing structure was improved. Through the comparison of the main performance parameters of each scheme, the thrust tapered roller bearing with star pillar hollow roller structure was finally adopted to solve the existing problems and achieve good results.
