摘　　要：分析了角接触球轴承背对背(DB)、面对面(DF)和串联(DT)三种基本组配方式轴承凸出量的加工方法,并介绍了不同加工方法所适用的生产方式。归纳总结了带隔圈角接触球轴承及变换预载荷角接触球轴承的组配方法。通过实例说明角接触球轴承的组配方法与凸出量的加工方法。This paper analyzes the machining methods of the protrusion amount of angular contact ball bearing with three basic combination methods: back to back (DB), face to face (DF) and series (DT), and introduces the production methods suitable for different processing methods.The matching methods of angular contact ball bearing with spacer ring and transforming preload angular contact ball bearing are summarized. The matching method of angular contact ball bearing and the processing method of protruding amount are illustrated by an example.
