景天祛斑胶囊联合谷胱甘肽治疗黄褐斑的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:景天祛斑胶囊联合谷胱甘肽治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年9月至2019年1月广州市皮肤病防治所收治的84例黄褐斑患者,随机分为两组,其中对照组42例,采用谷胱甘肽治疗,观察组42例,采用景天祛斑胶囊联合谷胱甘肽治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果以及治疗前后的血清雌激素水平。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的卵泡雌激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)和雌二醇(E2)水平均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:景天祛斑胶囊联合谷胱甘肽治疗黄褐斑疗效确切,能有效降低患者血清雌激素水平,安全高效。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Jingtian Quban capsule combined with glutathione in the treatment of chloasma. Methods From September 2017 to March 2019, 84 patients with chloasma were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n = 42) treated with glutathione and observation group(n = 42) treated with Jingtian Quban capsule combined with glutathione. The treatment effect, skin black index and serum estrogen level before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the skin black index and serum estrogen level in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.5). Conclusion Jingtian Quban capsule combined with glutathione is effective in the treatment of chloasma. It can reduce serum estrogen level of the patients. It is safe and efficient.
