诸葛亮政治思想中的正统观与治理观探究

摘  要:诸葛亮作为中国传统社会忠臣良相的典范,其政治思想有很强的伦理色彩,具体表现为正统观与治理观。诸葛亮坚持蜀汉王权正统观替代中原正统观,辅佐汉室宗亲刘备称帝,通过北伐曹魏兴复汉室巩固王朝正统性。为实现这个政治目标,诸葛亮有明确的战略大局,外交方面联吴抗曹,保障内政清明。国家治理上坚持依法治蜀法制严明,法律量刑宽严适度,达到了传统中国社会治理水平的高峰。诸葛亮的正统观与治理观共同构成了其理想与现实、伦理道德与严明法制的统一。Zhuge Liang is a model of loyal officials in traditional Chinese society and his political thought is colored with ethics and morality, which is embodied in his concepts of legitimacy and governance. He claimed that the kingdom of Shuhan have legitimacy over that of the central and assisted Liu Bei, the descendant of Han royalty, to proclaim himself emperor, so as to restore the Han dynasty and consolidate its legitimacy by defeating the kingdom of Caowei in the central part. In order to achieve his political goal, Zhuge Liang implemented the overall strategy to unite the kingdom of Wu in defending Caowei and to ensure sound domestic governance by rule of law. The strict legal rules and balanced measurement of penalty contributed to his governance as one of those of highest level in traditional Chinese society. Generally speaking, Zhuge Liang’s concepts of legitimacy and governance constitute his political thought integrating his ideal and reality, as well as law and ethnics as a whole.
