摘 要:主要针对未来商业卫星大规模发展需求,基于天地一体化测控网络体系,探索研究了北斗短报文测控的可行性。以北斗导航星座作为天基测控平台,以低轨卫星作为测控服务对象,研究了基于北斗短报文的新型天基测控方法,进行了该天基测控系统总体方案设计和测控数据流程设计。提出在低轨航天器上搭载北斗短报文终端作为测控载荷,利用北斗卫星无线电测定业务(RDSS)短报文基本通信通道,充分考虑RDSS数据协议约束,采用兼容当前测控协议帧结构的方式,对帧结构进行适应性移植,证明RDSS短报文测控体制可以满足一般民商用小卫星、立方星等航天器测控通信需求。最后根据系统设计及体制论证结论,对基于北斗RDSS短报文的测控服务能力进行了综合分析,证明该测控应用模式可满足卫星日均在轨测控通信数据量需求。Aiming at the large-scale development of commercial satellites in the future, this paper explores and studies the feasibility of BeiDou short message telemeter and telecommand (TT&C) based on the space-earth integrated TT&C network method. Taking BeiDou navigation constellation as TT&C platform and LEO satellite as TT&C service object,this paper studies a new TT&C space-based platform based on BeiDou’s short-message,and carries out the overall scheme design of the space-based TT&C system and the design of TT&C data flow. By carrying the terminal load of BeiDou’s short-message on the LEO spacecraft, using the basic communication channel of BeiDou’s Receive Data Service Request(RDSS) short message, fully considering the restriction of RDSS data protocol, and adopting the mode compatible with the frame structure of the current TT&C protocol,the frame structure is adaptively transplanted. It is proved that the RDSS short message TT&C system can meet the requirement of common civil and commercial small satellites, cubic satellites and other spacecraft TT&C communication. Finally, according to the conclusion of system design and system demonstration, the capability of TT&C service based on BeiDou’s RDSS short-message is comprehensively analyzed, which proves that the application mode of TT&C can meet the demand of satellite daily average in-orbit TT&C communication data volume.
