摘 要:针对目前国内还没在环境监测中广泛使用的低频磁场探头进行计量的检定规程或者校准规范,设计了一套频率范围从1 Hz ~ 100 kHz 的低频磁场探头校准装置。根据理论推导,确定所设计磁场线圈半径产生磁场强度大小,并根据磁场线圈产生的中心磁场均匀性的要求计算得出该装置所能校准的磁场探头最大半径尺寸,并将线圈模型在MATLAB 中进行仿真计算。仿真结果表明线圈产生的磁场强度与理论计算结果和实测数据吻合较好。最后对溯源后的EHP-50 磁场探头进行数据测试与分析。实验数据表明,该校准装置可以用于1 Hz ~ 100 kHz 的低频磁场探头校准,并给出了校准不确定度。Aiming at the calibration requirements of low frequency magnetic field probes widely used in environmental monitoring,a set of low frequency magnetic field probe calibration devices with frequency ranging from 1 Hz to 100 kHz was designed.According to the theoretical derivation, the magnetic field strength generated by the radius of the designed magnetic field coil is determined, and the maximum radius size of the magnetic field probe that can be calibrated by the device is calculated according to the requirement of the uniformity of the central magnetic field generated by the magnetic field coil, and the coil model is performed in MATLAB.Simulation calculation.The simulation results show that the magnetic field strength generated by the coil agrees well with the theoretical calculation results and the measured data.Finally,the data is tested and analyzed by the traced EHP-50 magnetic field probe. The experimental data shows that the calibration device can be used for the calibration of low frequency magnetic field probes from 1 Hz to 100 kHz,and the calibration uncertainty is given.
