摘  要:目的:利用Crucitti-Latora-Marchiori (CLM)相继故障模型探究青少年肌阵挛癫痫(juvenile myoclonic epilepsy, JME)患者脑功能网络紊乱。方法:利用基于体素的形态学分析法(Voxel-Based Morphometry, VBM)获取癫痫患者组和正常对照组两组差异脑区(右侧顶下小叶尾区),依据CLM模型对正常人脑右侧顶下小叶尾区进行攻击,探讨右侧顶下小叶尾区异常是否与青少年肌阵挛癫痫患者脑功能网络紊乱有关。结果:对正常对照组右侧顶下小叶尾区进行模拟攻击后,发现正常对照组的网络变化结果与癫痫患者的脑功能网络属性存在相似性。结论:右侧顶下小叶尾区可能是导致JME患者脑功能紊乱的重要脑区之一,其在脑区间的连接和信息的传输中可能具有举足轻重的地位。Objective: Crucitti-Latora-Marchiori(CLM) cascading failure model was adopted to explore disorder of brain functional network in juvenile myoclonic epilepsy(JME) patients. Methods: Abnormal brain areas(the right caudal area of inferior parietal lobule) between epileptic patients and normal controls were obtained by Voxel-Based Morphometry(VBM) analysis. In order to explore whether the abnormal right caudal area of inferior parietal lobule was associated with brain functional network disorder in JME patients, the CLM model was adopted to attack the right caudal area of inferior parietal lobule of normal human brains. Results: After the right caudal area of inferior parietal lobule was attacked, it was found that the network changes in the normal control group were similar to those in epilepsy patients. Conclusion: The right caudal area of inferior parietal lobule may be one of the most important brain areas leading to disorder in brain network of JME patients, which may play an important role in the connection of brain regions and in the transmission of information.
