摘　　要：眼眶血管畸形在眼眶疾病中十分常见,对视力、眼球运动有较大影响,可引起多种并发症,发病率高、复发率高、治疗方法有限。眼眶血管畸形发生和进展涉及多方面因素,包括静脉本身的原因及管腔中血流动力学的作用,还受血栓形成、内出血、感染等影响,基因突变或任何影响基因表达的因素如微环境因素变化等,都可能导致发育异常并使分化细胞表型异常。抗血管生成药物在治疗上有较好的应用前景;基因治疗等有助于从根本上抑制眼眶血管畸形的发生。Orbital vascular malformation is very common in orbital diseases,with great influence on vision and eye movement.It can cause a variety of complications, with high incidence,high recurrence rate and limited treatment methods.Occurrence and development of orbital vascular malformation involve many factors,including hemodynamic reasons and hemodynamic roles in the lumen, also thrombosis,hemorrhage,infection,gene mutation or any influence gene expression such as change of micro environmental factors,may lead to abnormal development and differentiation of cells abnormal phenotype.Anti-angiogenic drugs have a good prospect in the treatment;gene therapy will help to fundamentally inhibit the occurrence of orbital vascular malformations.
