摘　　要：目的探讨马拉松赛嗒'冬猝死率医疗保障的具体方式方法及必须注意的事项。方法分析2017.2018年青岛马拉松赛两届比赛的赛询准备情况.赛中保障体会要点及赛后伤情数据汇总。结果两届赛事分别有20000名和25000名选手参赛.赛事组委会赛前进行医护及各类人员培训,赛中派出22辆救护车参与保障,沿途设置19个医疗点,共有142名急救人员.20名康复理疗师参与保障;赛道沿途安置37名移动AED医师;80名跑者医师随跑;在全程和半程终点前多位置设置加强站点"分別处置肌肉拉伤、痉挛、脱水、低体温、低血糖、晕厥、皮肤擦伤等1500,2000人次,救护车转送至定点医院15人,经急诊科处置后均好转离院,0猝死患者。结论实现青马赛0猝死率,許先要科学的组织.精选参赛选手;选择适宜运动场地,在适宜的温度和湿度天气下比赛,做好赛前预案.各类人员的急救培训赛中各个环节的卡位,重点赛段和时间节点的AED保障,针对性地识别可能发生急危重症选手,并第一时间干预是救治的关键措施。Objective To explore the medical service of zero sudden death rate in nuirathon. Methods The pregame preparations of I hr 2017 and 201 8 Qingdao manillion were analyzed, and the key points of protection during the race and the data of injury after the race were summarized. ResultsThere were 20 000 and 25 000 competitors in the two competitions rrsprclively. Before the competition, the organizing cominittee trained doctors, nurses and all kinds of personnel. 22 ambukmces were dispiUched to participate in the competition. There were 19 medical points along the roatl, with 142 first-aiders and 20 reliabilitation physiotherapists participating in the protection;37 mobile AED physicians along I he track: 80 runners' physicicins running along the track;and multi-site strengthening stations before the end of I hr whole and liiilf-Wciy. Disposal of muscle strain, cramps.(Irhydralion, low temperature, low blood sugar, syncope, skin abiasions and so on more than 1 500,2 000 person-lime, ambukmces transferred to fixed-point hospital, 15 people were improved alter the emergency disposal of departure from the hospital, 0 sudden death of the palient. Conclusion To achirve 0 sudden death iate in Oingdao marathon. organize scientifically to seltu t competitors, select suitable roidrs. and compete in appropriale temperature and liuniidily weather are the most importanl. Mcike pregaine plans and train all kinds of persiniiel in first aid are equally importanl . The key measures of Lrealinent are the card position ol each link in the competition. The AED guarantee of key stages and time nodes, the targeted identification of players with acute and critical illness, and the firsl-time intervention.
