摘　　要：目的对第20届“世界灾害与急救医学大会”学术活动进行文献分析,为我国灾害救援医学的深人发展提供参考和建议.方法根据会议资料归纳总结分析本次大会的议题、主要学术活动的汇报人次及场次,录用论文摘要的第一作者和第一署名单位的分布。结果本次大会有效议题22项,专题讨论、口头汇报和展板汇报的累计102场次,口头汇报和展板汇报的累计555人次。第一作者共409名,来自53个国家:第一署名单位共273个,被收录文章$6篇的单位为14个.被收录论文112篇,占到了总数的20.18%。各类院校和各类医疗机构是灾害救援医学的创新主体,它们被收录的论文数量(百分比)分别为308篇(55.50%)和105篇(18.92%)。结论与第19届大会相比,本届会议精简了议题,优化了场次结构,大会的影响力进一步增大。灾害救援医学发展仍处于上升阶段,跨学科整合论文占比仍然不大、我国灾害救援医学的国际化研究刚刚起步,需要各方共同努力,推动学科向纵深发展。Objective To analyze the literature of I he 20th World Congress on Disaster and Emergency Medicine (WCDEM) held 25~28 April 2017 so as to summarize the experience in the development of disaster medicine. Methods The relevant documents of the 20th WCDEM were collected and analyzed. Results There were 22 valid topics, 14 of which (63.63%) containing the terms such as "Health","Medicine”,"Nurse" etc. 102 academic activities, including discussion forum, oral presentation and poster presentation, were carried out. No qualified article on military- civilian con Hid zone medicine was received. 555 persons gave speeches in the oral presentation and poster presentation. The number of first authors was 409 from 53 countries, with 273 signature units of the first author. 14 institutions contributed 5 or more than 5 abstracts, with a sum of 112 abstracts equaling to 20.18% of the total. US still ranked first in the connlries with number of abstracts contained in the proceedings, followed by Canada, Australia, Japan, Israel, etc. China ranked eighth, almost equally to that in the last congress. Institutions of higher learning and health care organizations consliluted the main bodies of innovation of disaster medicine which contributed 308 (55.50%)and 105(18.92%)abstracts respectively. Conclusion Compared with the last congress, the 20lh WADEM has made progress. It simplified its topics and optimized the structure of the academic activities and enhanced the influence of WADEM. However, the strength of interdisciplinary integration is still weak, there is still a lol to do., especially for China.
